Simon's journey with us began in 2011 as the Technical Head at our Technology Center. At the time, the team was a modest group of just seven design engineers. However, Simon's vision was clear from the start: to build strong technical expertise and foster meaningful connections across the globe. His extensive travels to our sister companies helped him forge valuable relationships with technical teams in Europe, the Middle East, the US, and Australia.

Over the next six years, Simon transformed the Technology Center. His leadership expanded the team from seven to sixty engineers and established entirely new units focused on BIM, Marketing, and IT, laying a solid foundation for ACO India's future growth.

A New Challenge and Lasting Impact

In 2017, Simon embraced a new challenge, transitioning to ACO India’s sales organization to oversee R&D and spearhead new product development. His impact was immediate and multifaceted. As the Head of the Technical Department, Simon guided the launch of numerous innovative products tailored to local market needs. He also took on the role of market educator, conducting webinars and training sessions to educate architects and consultants about ACO’s products and solutions.

A Commitment to Sustainability

Simon's dedication extends beyond products and technology. He is a vocal ambassador for ACO’s philosophy of hygiene and sustainability, using social media to raise awareness about our commitment to environmental protection. This dedication is personal, too. As an avid trekker and nature enthusiast, he practices sustainable trekking to minimize his environmental impact, embodying the very principles he champions at work.

The Man Behind the Mission

Before joining ACO, Simon earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Oakland University. He gained valuable experience in the automotive hub of Detroit, which enriched his technical and managerial skills. Outside the office, he is an enthusiastic reader of fiction, business, economics, and biographies.
